Defective and concerning battery
Kirbebike Review
I purchased a kit from Kirbebike, and upon arrival, I noticed that the battery was noticeably expanded. This raised safety concerns for me. I attempted to contact the company and received a response from a representative, but the communication was limited and I did not hear back after that. This experience has led me to feel frustrated with the service provided by the company.
